PHOTOS: Frank Ocean Mocks Chris Brown With “Domestic Violence” Shirt

Frank Ocean was recently depicted wearing a shirt that openly shames Chris Brown for his 2009 assault of Rihanna.

The Frank Ocean and Chris Brown beef continues. The feud began with a physical altercation at an L.A. studio, and has been perpetuated with some subliminal shots from Frank on both his unconventional “Versace” freestyle, and his verse on Earl Sweatshirt’s “Sunday”. Now, Ocean has come through yet again with a not-so-subliminal shot at Chris in the form of a T-Shirt.

A new photo of Frank depicts the Channel Orange crooner wearing a shirt that displays Brown’s face, and reads “Wanted! Stop Domestic Violence”. The graphic is a clear reference to Chris’ infamous 2009 assault of then-girlfriend Rihanna.
Chris has yet to respond to the diss.

FFK & Bianca Ojukwu still on the matter

Yep, these two maybe going to court because Bianca Ojukwu has rejected Femi Fani Kayode's non- apology. Femi issued a statement last week withdrawing his earlier claims that they had an 'intimate relationship' in the past but Bianca's lawyers said the retraction was not sufficient and satisfactory and have decided to go to court. Femi Fani Kayode this morning responded to Bianca's lawsuit threat, insisting that he didn't lie and threatened to reveal details of his 'relationship with her. Like Bianca, he has also issued a statement threatening to sue.

“The attention of Her Excellency, Ambassador Bianca Ojukwu has been drawn to a statement purportedly issued by Chief Femi Fani-Kayode through one Mr Akinola Babatunde Rotimi and published in the Daily Sun and ThisDay Newspapers of September 6, 2013.The phantom claim in the said statement that Chief Femi Fani-Kayode and Ambassador Bianca Ojukwu were once good friends to the knowledge of mutual friends who are still alive is not only false, baseless and typical, but a further attempt by Chief Femi Fani-Kayode to create the impression of a connection between himself and Ambassador Bianca Ojukwu.

World No.1 Serena Williams today Sunday September 8th claimed her fifth US Open crown and 17th career grand slam singles title after beating world No. 2 Victoria Azarenka with a 7-5 6-7(6) 6-1.

This victory makes Serena the oldest US Open women's winner since tennis turned professional 45 years ago, eclipsing Australian Margaret Court, who was 31 years when she won the title in 1973. Big congrats to Serena.

EFCC After Stephanie Okereke!!!

This might not really be a good time for the actress who is presently on vacation with her hubby as Nollywood is poised for a showdown as the Association of Nollywood Core Producers, ANCOP, has petitioned EFCC and SFU over the N50 million largesse donated by Governor Godswill Akpabio of Akwa Ibom State to support the industry.
The association is alleging massive fraud in the disbursement of the fund. It has petitioned the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) and the Special Fraud Unit (SFU) to investigate the matter.
According to a copy of the petition made available to HVP, signed by the association’s President, Comrade Alex Eyengho, the group is asking the agencies to invite the National President of the Association of Movie Producers, AMP, Zik Zulu Okafor, the National President of the Directors Guild of Nigeria, DGN, Andy Amenechi; the Secretary General of the Actors Guild of Nigeria, AGN, Yakubu Abubakar and actress Stephanie Okereke- Linus Idahosa for obtaining the fund and disbursing it without the consent of the industry’s stakeholders.

Be a better person!

Life is a constant exercise in self-improvement. And while some of that focus lands squarely on becoming more educated or rising in the ranks of the workplace, sometimes we forget to improve how we treat ourselves and those around us. In the rush to achieve, the idea of being "better" can become lost to ambition and selfishness. The journey to improving your soul and your compassion toward yourself and others begins here.

1. Become more self-aware. The first step toward becoming a better person is learning to notice your current behavior, whether it is how you react to stress, how you cope with loss, how you manage your anger, or how you treat the people you love.

The only way to make an improvement in any of these departments is to first take note of your current behavior, then reflect on how it can be improved, and finally, make the necessary changes. Remember that the change cannot happen until you know what is wrong in the first place.

2. Set goals for yourself. If it helps, write them down on a piece of paper, or better yet, start a journal. This will open up your introspective side, and allow you to better understand yourself from an objective standpoint. 

Here are some questions to get you started: Is there a particular relationship with a loved one that you would like to improve? Would you like to become more philanthropic? Do you want to do more for the environment? Do you want to learn how to be a better spouse or partner?
