[VIDEO] Paul Walker Tribute

Universal Studios have uploaded a Paul Walker tribute video on youtube. which has well over 1.5 million views. Using scenes from the Fast & Furious franchise, the video is two minutes long and it was released as a memorial to the star who died last weekend in a horrific one-car crash that also claimed the life of Roger Rodas.  tribute video below with P Diddy’s Coming Home as a musical backdrop, the video provides some wonderful moments of Paul Walker on the screen.

Nelson Mandela dies at 95

South African Government has announced the death of Nelson Mandela. South African president Jacob Zuma announced that the former president and anti-apartheid revolutionary passed away peacefully in the company of his family in his home in Johannesburg around 8:50 this evening Dec. 5th. He was 95 years old.

His death marks the final chapter in a life that changed South Africa forever. What a man! May his soul rest in peace, amen.

President Jacob Zuma said flags will be flown at half-mast across South Africa immediately with a state burial to follow. The UK government have also announced that flags will be flown at half-mast in the UK. Rest in peace, Madiba!

Production on Fast & Furious 7 has been delayed following the death of lead actor Paul Walker, but the sequel is still expected to reach cinemas eventually.




The 40-year-old actor, who plays Brian O’Connor in the long-running series, died as the results of a car crash in Santa Clarita, California, died on Saturday (November 30).

The Fast 7 cast were due to continue filming in Atlanta yesterday (Sunday) after breaking for Thanksgiving, but production will now be pushed back.

Director James Wan and Universal executives held a conference call to discuss the future of the film, according to The Wrap, and determine if it could be rewritten in a way that would be respectful to Walker’s passing.

Unlock Bootloader On Nexus Android Devices.

Before attempting this guide to unlock your bootloader, please note that this is intended for Android phone with STOCK ANDROID OS ONLY. We will be using a Google Nexus One as our reference because it comes with zero user interface alteration from it’s manufacturer. If you are looking to unlock bootloaders on handsets which already have a custom UI from manufacturers installed like HTC Sense, Samsung TouchWiz etc, then this guide won’t be applicable.

1. The first step is download and install Android SDK.

Android Bootloaders

Every Android phone has a bootloader that instructs the operating system kernel to boot normally. But you need to understand one thing here that as Android OS is an open source OS and is available on a variety of different hardware, every manufacturer has their own version of bootloader specific for the hardware present in it’s environment. 

NB: Motorola packaged an “eFuse” command in their Android phones, which could brick (permanently turn off) your device in case you tried to flash a Custom ROM.

Why Is Bootloader Locked?

A bootloader is usually locked on an Android device because although it’s an open source OS, still the manufacturers want you to stick to their Android OS version specifically designed for the device. In order to apply this concept, manufacturers lock the bootloader. With a locked bootloader on Android devices, it is virtually impossible to flash a Custom ROM and forced attempts void warranty as well as usually end up in bricks. Therefore, the first step is to always unlock the bootloader.
